Youth College (Yeo Chei Man), in collaboration with the HKFYG Youth Crime Prevention Centre (YCPC) and the Sai Kung and Wong Tai Sin Outreach Social Work Teams, received funding from the Home Affairs Department's 2025-26 Sai Kung District Youth Development Programme. From September to November 2025, they jointly organized the "Cosplay Growth Programme." Throughout the programme, 11 participants engaged in a series of workshops, including props and wig making, social media operations, Cosplay stage photography, and performance techniques. To allow the public to gain a deeper understanding of the students' achievements, a results exhibition was held on 23 November 2025 at the Oasis, G/F, Central Market. The programme involved students from the following Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE) programmes: DVE (Music and Media Production), DVE (Image Design), DVE (AI and Information Technology), DVE (Beauty Care), DVE (Fitness and Sports Studies), and DVE (Hairdressing).
