The two-day cross-border exchange and study tour in the Greater Bay Area included visits to Shenzhen Polytechnic University, Hongrita Mold Technology (Zhongshan) Ltd and Ka Shui Technology (Huizhou) Co. Ltd.
Through this visit, students had the opportunity to visit the factory and learn about the latest technologies used in the industry. They also understood the role of Hong Kong enterprises in the development of new technologies and automation in Chinese Mainland, learnt about the practices of digital management systems for mould manufacturing, and gained relevant knowledge about "Industry 4.0". Moreover, students also had the opportunity to interact and learn from students in Chinese Mainland.
