Tin Shui Wai
89 students of the Diploma of Foundation Studies (Hospitality) participated in a wine and coffee hands-on workshop in December, 2024. Not only did students gain knowledge about wine and coffee, but they also had the opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in making coffee latte art, preparing wine, and tasting a variety of beverages and coffee.
