Mr. Luo Weiqing, a five-time World Champion of the Organization Mondiale Coiffure (OMC) Hairdressing Contest and the Coach of the OMC China Team visited Youth College (Tuen Mun) on 27 Aug 2024.  Mr. Luo has trained the students of Diploma of Vocational Education (Hairdressing) in preparation for the OMC World Competition to be held in Paris in October.
