“IDEATHON 2024” Student Exchange Programme – To foster a cross-disciplinary environment and stimulate participating students’ innovative thinking throughout project-learning engagements, the professors, lecturers and students from National Institute of Technology, Kumamoto College, Japan, Higher Diploma in Food Technology and Safety of IVE and Diploma of Vocational Education (Food Technology and Nutrition) of Youth College have had food processing workshops, lectures, presentations and interactive activities at Youth College (Kowloon Bay) and IVE (Chai Wan) during the period from 26 to 29 August 2024.
