Tin Shui Wai
Western kitchen is an essential department in a full-scale hotel. A 2-hour taster programme was arranged for 120 students of the Diploma of Foundation Studies – Hospitality in which students were able to explore the operations and various cooking techniques in Western kitchens. Not only did they enjoy the food tasting, but they also had a chance to make Italian Beef Ravioli with tomato sauce and Italian chocolate tart.
