Tin Shui Wai
Yu Pui-lam, a Year 2 student of Diploma of Vocational Education (Information Technology), won the first runner-up in the secondary school category with participated his work "Light Rail in Sunset" in the "My Ideal Tin Shui Wai Snapshot Competition" organized by the Tin Shui Wai South District Committee.
