Tin Shui Wai
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Vocational Training Council (VTC), two students from the Youth College (Tin Shui Wai) produced short videos and entered them to the Smart Life, Smart Living—Video Making Competition, and they were awarded championship and 2nd runner-up. The videos were in English or Standard Chinese, and the students exercised their creativity to demonstrate how quality of life can be enhanced through technology.
