Exploring and experimenting PBL
Through mini-projects, students are equipped with basic project skills such as searching and processing information, discussing ideas in groups, making recommendations and presenting results in a step-by-step manner.
Nurturing soft skills
The Collaborative Delivery Approach (CDA) is adopted in the delivery of the "Project Skills" module, in which Trade, English, and Computing and Mathematics teachers work collaboratively to nurture students to develop their 21st century student competencies such as teamwork, problem-solving, design-thinking and communication skills.
Demonstrating work-readiness
Engaged in self-directed learning, students are required to complete a trade-specific final year project by integrating and applying the knowledge and skills learnt throughout the 3-year DVE programme.
