This programme aims to enhance students with intermediate industry/profession-specific knowledge and skills.
Embedded with project-based learning elements, it also seeks to cultivate professional attributes and to develop student’s ability in learning and adapting smart technology being applied in trade.
Specifically, this programme will equip students with individual general competencies such as digital skills and group general competencies such as managing change at paraprofessional level. Blended learning via problem-based and activity-led training which enables them to collaborate and learn in a self-paced mode.
Furthermore, it helps to motivate students in establishing a formulated blueprint for future career development as well as to pursue further studies.
