Youth College has been working closely with Jardine Engineering Company (JEC) to actively cultivate professionals for the engineering and construction industries. Students join JEC as apprentices. Through systematic on-the-job training and technical training courses, they can master comprehensive and practical professional knowledge and skills. Among them, outstanding students will be awarded scholarships by JEC to encourage them to develop their talents.

Youth College has been working closely with the CLP Power to provide high-quality new forces for the industry. The DVE graduates possess solid practical skills and professional knowledge, which can meet the long-term development needs of the power industry. Many students who joined CLP have even been promoted to senior positions in the engineering department, gradually moving towards their career goals.

With the rapid development of electric vehicle and hybrid vehicle technology, the automobile maintenance industry is particularly eager for related talents. DVE programmes provide systematic training, including basic trade knowledge and practical skills in the industry, as well as the application of various new technologies and electronic equipment. The internship experience opportunities provide the most comprehensive training for young people who are interested in entering the industry.
