A new appointment at the Directorate rank has been made with effect from 24 July 2023.

Ms KO Lai-fong Jenny
Ms KO has been appointed as Assistant Executive Director, and will assume the role of Academic Director of the Student Development Discipline to steer the development of student services. She will also oversee the Community Engagement Unit which aims to enhance the engagement and visibility of VPET in the community.
Ms KO possesses extensive leadership and management experience in student development in the tertiary education sector. Prior to this appointment, she had served in senior executive roles in local universities as well as in various regional education corporations.
Ms KO holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science (Edith Cowan University, Australia), a Master of Business Administration (University of Dubuque, USA) and a Master of Management in Information Technology (University of Melbourne, Australia).
