To help students in the Diploma of Vocational Education (Business) programme gain a deeper understanding of the core principles of of customer service, the programme specially arranged Hong Kong Disneyland's Hospitality in Practice Workshop. Through this experience, students gained comprehensive insights into how Disney created unforgettable experiences for every guest with its exceptional service philosophy. They were also inspired on how to apply these concepts in the future business environments, thereby enhancing their professional competence and service capabilities.
